RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right to Withdraw

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins when you receive the last item.

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

2. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No refund fees will be charged.

3. Return Shipping

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

4. Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We recommend returning items with their original labels and packaging where possible.

5. Exceptions and Legal Rights

The right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalised or custom-made goods where a statutory exception applies.

Items purchased during a sale or from a limited collection are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
